We recently launched the new version of our web portal, which has been re-designed to reduce the time and effort required to navigate and to configure each type of extension.

The first thing you’ll notice is the new dashboard, which gives an up to date summary of your account and any subscribed features.

Everything in one place…
We’ve added a toolbox next to each extension, allowing you to manage preferences and call forwarding for any extension wherever they’re displayed.

Some new features too!
We’ve added some additional features such as choosing between music or ringing on call queues, and playing a welcome message to callers on incoming calls.
