New VoIP user portal – what’s changed?

We recently launched the new version of our web portal, which has been re-designed to reduce the time and effort required to navigate and to configure each type of extension.

If you haven’t seen them yet, here’s a brief overview of the key changes we’ve made and what to expect the next time you log in.

The first thing you’ll notice is the new dashboard, which gives an up to date summary of your account and any subscribed features.

The news feed keeps you informed about any changes or new features, as well as offering some helpful hints and tips along the way.

Everything in one place…

We’ve added a toolbox next to each extension, allowing you to manage preferences and call forwarding for any extension wherever they’re displayed.

We’ve added some additional features such as choosing between music or ringing on call queues, and playing a welcome message to callers on incoming calls.

Since the launch of our internet phone service early last year we’ve enjoyed a hugely positive response and have made a very conscious effort to reflect on the feedback received from customers and partners alike.
